Welcome to Rozies Reborn Nursery. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website and purchases made through our store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections provided by applicable law.
2. Products
Rozies Reborn Nursery offers reborn dolls, accessories, clothing, calendars, personalized certificates, and related products.
Handcrafted dolls may have individual variations in coloring, hair placement, and other details. These variations are not defects when consistent with the product description. Products must still match their descriptions in all material respects.
Please review each listing for materials, measurements, included accessories, and care instructions. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. Illustrative images and mockups may include props that are not included with your purchase.
Personalized birth and adoption certificates are decorative keepsakes for dolls. They are not government-issued documents or legal records.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before checkout.
Prices may change, but future price changes will not affect confirmed orders. If a material pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
4. Orders
Customers must provide accurate contact, payment, shipping, and personalization information. Purchases must be made by an adult or with a parent or guardian’s authorization.
We may limit quantities, request verification, or decline orders because of suspected fraud, product unavailability, listing errors, or misuse of our website.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the payment collected for the canceled order.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a separate payment arrangement is expressly offered.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until the required payment has been successfully received.
6. Shipping
Processing and shipping information is provided in the product listing, at checkout, or in your order confirmation. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling for a refund.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected.
If a package arrives damaged, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us. We will investigate and assist with an appropriate resolution. Shipment through a carrier does not remove your rights under applicable law.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Standard products: Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all included accessories. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of authorization.
Personalized or custom products: Cancellation requests are accepted before personalization or production begins. Once work begins, these products cannot be canceled or returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items, personalization errors made by us, or cancellation rights required by law.
Digital products: Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind once delivered or accessed, except where required by law. If a file is missing, corrupted, incorrect, or inaccessible, contact us for assistance, a replacement, or an appropriate refund.
Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, or approve a refund that does not require a return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Refunds required by law will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.
Please contact us before returning an item. For damage, defects, or order errors, include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us resolve the problem.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
8. Pre-Orders and Custom Orders
Custom and pre-order products may require additional production time. The expected shipping timeframe will be provided before purchase.
If that timeframe changes, we will contact you with the revised timing and any cancellation or refund options required by law.
For personalized items, review names, spelling, dates, measurements, and messages carefully before submitting them. Contact us promptly to request corrections. Changes may not be possible after production begins. Any charge for a customer-requested revision or reprint will be disclosed before you agree to it.
If we make an error that differs from your submitted information or approved proof, we will arrange an appropriate correction.
9. Intellectual Property
Our original photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, branding, and other protected website materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless a different license is provided, digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Customers submitting text or images for personalization must have permission to use those materials. We may use them to fulfill the order. Promotional use requires separate permission.
10. Product Safety
Reborn dolls are collectible art dolls and are not intended as toys for young children unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.
Small accessories may present a choking hazard. Keep them away from young children, supervise children who handle dolls, and follow the product’s age guidance and care instructions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rozies Reborn Nursery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Where legally permitted, our liability for a claim relating to a purchased product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and they do not remove applicable consumer rights.
12. Website Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend or modify website features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
Such changes do not remove our obligations concerning existing orders.
13. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent or misleading information, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with website security or operation.
We may restrict access in response to fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
